If no for motta, then ehh i would rather italiano or pallodino. Conte would be my last choice.
I get the point about Champions League experience but I'm not really that high on Chiesa experience or no experience. Wheether it was the injury or just all factors taken together he seems like one of these really talented players who tease you with what he could do but then you look at how frequently he's out of the line up and what he actually puts up as production and you say I could probably get the same or better from another player and less expensively.

when it comes to sells i would sacrifice houisen and keep soule. the attacking winger supply is much thinner in world football than a cb. even at juve the cb is one of the better stacked positions and if we can secure calafiori we shd move gatti but keep bremer. for me we should keep chiesa. as for the coach, if no motta only italiano should be considered. Bremer, Huijsen, Yildiz, and Soule we should keep. All others may be in the transfer market and if the right price is offered we should let go. We need to start 2024/2025 strong with a lot of changes and additions.
Chiesa should decide early if he wants to stay or not. He should not leave his decision till the last minute. His contract expires in June 2025. Juventus should make their FINAL offer and Chiesa will have to take it or leave it with a deadline.
Im keeping soulé personally, we need a player that can be creative. Also we'd need a real madrid level market to make this team competitive, aint gonna happen, id rather bring in younger players and have sliwer but solid growth. And, no Conte for me, he flopped at spurs and he will flop here too (in my opinion)
If Motta and Conte won't come, Italiano should be the next in line coach as he will be free agent this summer
